Service was good, food was good. Had to check whether condiments were actually on the hamburger...very sparse. Ordered a quarter pounder meal without cheese. Must have thought I didn't want anything else on it either.
I went in there to order some food, and my friend that has special needs and he started screeching and it's not his fault, a worker was in the booth on the phone and she turned around and screamed at us and told us to "be quiet she's on the phone"..Fairbury McDonalds employees are so rude
Flies in the dining area. The tea container was uncovered and gnats were flying around it. Told an employee and she found the cover laying on the back counter. The whole restaurant was dirty. Hardly any customers there in the middle of the afternoon. They could have had a couple of employees cleaning the place. We've stopped here a couple of times before when we were traveling through the area. It's always in this condition. This will definitely be the last time we stop here.
I would like my money not thrown at me and better customer service
The service was adequate. They need to do a better job of cleaning tables. We couldn't find a table that didn't need to be wiped off. We looked for the least dirty and used napkins to clean it the best we could. The place wasn't busy. The food was good.
